A past student described our job as ‘turning Cygnets into Swans’. I like this and firmly believe that Training provides the core skills for safe and happy sailing. I’m a cruising sailor with years of experience and appreciate that it may be a ‘year or two (or 20?)’ since you were last in a classroom so my style of teaching is relaxed and organised to draw on and use the varied experience of Students.  Windswept Sailing offers the following RYA Shorebased Courses:  Coastal/Yachtmaster, Day Skipper, and Essential Navigation & Seamanship. 

Windswept Sailing specialise in 1 – 2 – 1 and small group teaching as well as offering Post-online days and ‘refresher’ sessions for experienced sailors whose skills have got a bit ‘rusty’ over the years and need to be updated! 

Groups are restricted to four in order to maximise individual contact. Courses are run in Lymington but we would be happy to run Courses at your venue for small groups.
